Tex Villas Apartments is hiring an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the on-site team, and provide responsive, professional service to our residents. We’re looking for a hands-on manager who can keep leasing, collections, and maintenance on track while following through on resident concerns.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the on-site team, set daily priorities, and follow up on assignments.

• Oversee leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to support occupancy goals.

• Monitor rent collections and delinquency, maintain accurate resident ledgers, and prepare property reports.

• Coordinate service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and vendor work with the maintenance team.

• Monitor property expenses and help keep operations within budget.

• Address resident concerns promptly and communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and company leadership.

• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

What You’ll Need

• Multifamily property management experience.

• Experience with leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and supervising on-site staff.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through.

• Familiarity with property management software. Yardi experience is preferred.
